What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Each order is charged rates based on customers final delivery location. You can choose from a variety of shipping options best suited to meet your needs.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All forms of payment are accepted and processed either through a paypal account or paypal’s merchant services without needing to sign in or create an account. All payments are processed through a secure site.

How long will delivery take?

These orders take 7-10 days to fulfill, and usually ship in 2-3 business days after they are fulfilled. We provide a tracking number for shirt shipments

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All payments are processed through one of the most trusted and secure payment providers, PayPal.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is placed it is transferred to the fulfillment center where your product is printed, packaged and shipped. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course you will.

Returns

As the shirts are printed individually when they are ordered, we do not offer returns. Please see our sizing guide for more information. If your shirt is delivered and the size is wrong, we will offer you a replacement at cost, please email us for more information at talk@healclothing.com.

If prints are bent or scratched when delivered, please email us with a photo and we will take care of a replacement.

Shirts

Prinstant Replays shirts are sent using Priority Mail from our shirt print shop in Los Angeles. These orders take 7-10 days to fulfill, and usually ship in 2-3 business days after they are fulfilled. We provide a tracking number for shirt shipments.
